Brandi Schumacher

Not currently teaching.

Brandi found her yoga passion in 2002 in Scottsdale, AZ. She was trained at At One Yoga studio by Astangi, Dave Oliver. Brandi’s interest in yoga grew from a then unrecognized need to open physically and spiritually. She is a firm believer in the adage, “When the student is ready, the teacher will appear.” Brandi’s influence has come from yoga teachers who promote fluidity, openness and rhythm, such as Shiva Rae, Donna Helm-Yost and Max Cohen. She has been teaching variations of Power, Vinyasa Flow and Yin yoga for five years and values practicing all types of yoga.

Tommy Wolf

Tommy trained at Kripalu with Jonny Kest who developed two Vinyasa styles (Hot Vinyasa Flow and Slow Flow), both rooted in Ashtanga Yoga. Tommy has taught and practiced various marital arts for the past four years, which led him to yoga. He writes that, “like may people who begin a yoga practice, I felt that something was missing in my life. So about two years ago, I found an old yoga DVD and book and began to teach myself yoga. I subsequently practiced under Toni Morris and Sarah Miller. Yoga continues to give me greater control over myself.”
